Founded in 2001, Counseling Today is rooted in the vision of equipping school counselors with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to advocate for their students through Comprehensive School Counseling Programs.
We believe that school counselors provide solutions that increase student success at home, at school, in the community, and around the world.
The mission of Counseling Today is to improve school culture and foster a genuine belief in success for all students by providing professional resources and training.
School Counselors remove obstacles and create opportunities for academic success, thus making a dramatic impact on student achievement. Their efforts include supporting mental health education in schools, providing mental health workshops, and offering proactive school counseling services to build resilience and well-being.

Welcome to Profoundly Changed
A space dedicated to growth, resilience, and healing for those who have experienced profound loss. Until October 20, 2020, I shared a beautiful life in Louisville, Kentucky, with my beloved husband, Robert (Bob) Rose. On that day, my life profoundly changed when my husband of 37 years moved to Heaven, leaving me to navigate a world I wasn’t ready to face without him.
This space is my attempt to move forward through life without Bob here on earth by helping others. Through bereavement coaching, I walk with those facing deep grief, offering not just comfort but direction. Whether you’re newly grieving or years into your journey, bereavement coaching provides a compassionate and practical pathway for healing.
